Does every AirTag fit this collar?
Yes. Le Classique is designed for the standard Apple AirTag. The pocket is discreetly integrated and closes securely.
Is the AirTag included?
AirTag is included only when you choose the collar + AirTag bundle. Collar-only is for customers who already have an Apple AirTag.
How does name engraving work?
During checkout, add your preferred name and optional phone number. We engrave it in our own atelier.
Is this a live GPS tracker?
No. Fidele works with Apple Find My as an extra safety layer and is not a real-time GPS collar.
Will this work where I live?
Best for neighborhoods, cities, parks, dog walkers, daycare, and travel where Find My coverage is strong. For remote/off-grid use, a dedicated GPS tracker can be better.
Is it waterproof for daily walks?
Built for rain and wet grass. Leather and AirTag are not designed for long swims or full submersion.
Can the AirTag fall out?
The AirTag sits in a hidden integrated pocket designed to stay closed during normal daily use. Check fit and closure regularly, especially for very active dogs.
Is it comfortable for small dogs?
Use the size chart before checkout and choose based on neck measurement. We include fit guidance to keep smaller dogs comfortable.
What if my dog slips out of the collar?
Use proper collar fit (two-finger rule) and consider a harness for escape-prone dogs. Engraving and microchip remain essential identification layers.
Can my dog chew through the collar?
No collar is chew-proof. The hidden pocket reduces direct access to the AirTag, but regular inspection is recommended for heavy chewers.
